well... its all over... sniff sniff... i got a ticket to the last show of australia and it was awesome. so emo. and yes, i did cry at the end and they got a standing ovation... which they deserved... and then it was speech time about how melbourne has been so supportive of t.l.k and how cultured we are and how we love theatre and the arts..... OH BOY...
i guess i will say thanks to everyone involved... although no-one from the cast will even look at this... unless a miracle happens and loredo does... but anyways... thanks for doing such an amazing job and spreading the magic of song and dance to the world... oh holy shit im emo....
another recent loss in australian arts will be the death of blue heelers... from the first episode of the arrival of maggie doyle to the final scene of the heelers it will be sorely missed. i have so many emo memories of this show... watching it with my father and sister sarah chu on some big brown cushions i used to ride like horses while i turned my ice cream into a liquid form by constantly stirring it around and occassionally i would put some milo in it as well...
man, tonight just isnt my night for blogging... im way to effing emo..
anyways, heelers premiered on january 18th 1994 and lasted a massive 13 seasons - a total of 510 episodes.
goodbye to you both. now excuse me as i go cry myself to sleep.
