ben - no, we don't have them anymore they don't exist.
customer - YES, they DO exist... just some stores don't have them in stock.
ben - yes, so, they don't make them anymore. they don't exist.

he looked at me like i was a fucking idiot and then i looked at him and gave him that "err" face where you stick you tongue under your bottom gum.

and then.... he says after i have walked off but because he doesn't know i have excellent fucking hearing...

customer - (to counter staff) they do exist. he was wrong.
