I say forego the film frame and just have the giant T-rex roaring on the entire expanse of your back (with or without 'When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth' banner ... your choice).

The long neck is too softcore. And it would give the impression of your body being pear-shaped rather than v-shaped (see how I combine my Miami Ink knowledge with my What Not to Wear knowledge? You too can do this, with only a lifetime dedicated to useless television-watching!).
